The Test: MFA Thesis Exhibition

The culmination of the 2-year MFA program at Boston University resulted in an exhibition of Thesis projects. My project was based on a short story I wrote depicting a utilitarian world where work, productivity and jobs are prioritized above all else. For the installation, I designed an office space that would exist in this universe. The print and multimedia materials all followed a minimalist, rigid system to further convey the aesthetic of this environment.

Excerpt from National Decree:

"For too long, we have allowed work ethic and productivity to suffer at the hands of ‘passion’ and as a community, we have suffered. As such, this administration orders all organizations of innovation, creativity and futurism to halt activities and decree a national order to prioritize jobs above all else."
